Homecoming Of Rescued Sea Turtles To Ocean | Climate Change

Marine biologists in Argentina have returned two green turtles to the ocean.

who were rescued after they became entangled in fishing nets, and

this was not just it, one of the turtles

even excreted plastic that it had

ingested from the ocean, but before they

were released back to the ocean on the

beaches of San Clemente, the turtles had

spent a month in animal rehab.

where scientists checked their swimming,

helped with their diet and gave them a

chance to detox from the Plastics.

now the green sea turtles classified as

endangered also underwent blood tests

and even x-rays to check their digestive

tracts and lungs . these reports help

scientists understand the health and the

stress that these marine organisms

undergo.
