Shocking news coming in from Iraq , now
people in Iraq are Furious over the
death of a Young YouTube Star Tiba Ali.
who has been killed allegedly by her own
father in a reported case of so-called
honor killing.
22 year old Ali had been residing in
Turkey since 2017 without her family.
Reports say her father was unhappy about
her decision to to live alone in Turkey.
according to the officials , Tiba Ali was
visiting Iraq and the police attempted
to resolve the family dispute . however
before their next meeting could happen
police received the news of her death.
according
to the country’s interior Ministry after
committing the murder, the father turned
himself in at a police station . further
investigations are underway to find out
the circumstances leading to the offense.
Ali’s death has sparked uproar among
Iraqis on social media . who have called
for protests in Baghdad on Sunday , to
demand Justice for the YouTube stock
politicians and activists in the country
have also reacted . Amnesty International
has condemned The Killing as horrific,
and has argued that the Iraqi Penal Code
still treats so-called honor crimes
leniently . Ali had gained over 18 000
subscribers on YouTube , where she posted
videos of her daily life. her fiance also
appeared in these videos with her.
her videos had garnered over 90 000
views.

her parents some time ago and refused to
go back to Iraq preferring to stay in
Turkey , where she had also a boyfriend a
fiancee,
the Iraqi police the ministry of the
Interior tried , to convince her and her
family to settle their dispute. and
somehow to they tried to mediate ,and she
came to Iraq to Diwali in
the south of the Iranian border.
