The strong 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder hybrid engine in the brand-new AMG C63 S replaces the twin-turbo V8 in the outgoing model. The new engine, which is coupled to a 9-speed AMG Speedshift automatic gearbox, is the most potent four-cylinder hybrid engine in the world, producing 671 BHP and 1020 Nm. The rear axle is further driven by an electric motor connected to the engine. The 198 BHP and 320 Nm of the electric motor are sent through a 2-speed gearbox.
The new AMG C63 S’s hybrid powertrain enables it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, with an electronically capped top speed of 280 km/h. The top-of-the-line performance saloon also comes standard with 4MATIC from Mercedes. Moreover, a 400-volt, 6.1 kWh lithium-ion battery pack is included with the new AMG C63 S. The saloon has a 12 km all-electric driving range and can travel 130 km/h on electric power alone.
The top-of-the-line C-Class model from the manufacturer is the 2023 Mercedes-AMG C63 S. When compared to the previous versions, the brand-new generation has a tonne of design improvements and new functions. While the wheelbase has widened by 10 mm, it is 56 mm longer than the previous generation. The Panamericana grille, big air intakes, rear diffuser, quad exhausts, and standard 19-inch wheels with 20-inch alloys as an option are all included on the 2023 AMG C63 S. The new C63 S also has adjustable suspension, eight driving modes, rear-wheel steering, and many more features.
The inside of the 2023 Mercedes-AMG C63 S maintains the same layout as the most recent C-Class, but with AMG-specific enhancements. There are several carbon fibre trim pieces all around the inside, sport seats, all-black leather with contrast stitching, and numerous other AMG enhancements.
